Teams are always looking for runners and runners are always looking for teams especially a few months before the race. We do our best to help connect everyone and this year we are trying out a new format to help you find what you’re looking for in a runner or team. We will still leave any posts on the 2024 RTO FB event page as a backup to this system.

If you’ve recently registered and are experiencing trouble managing your team through ChronoTrack/Athlinks, please review the following:
I’ve registered my team, how do I manage my team on ChronoTrack/Athlinks?
Use the following link to log in to your ChronoTrack Live Profile: Chronotrack Profile Login. Once logged in, you will be able to see all your events including the RTO. At the RTO event, you’ll find a button titled “Manage Team”. Click this and you’ll be able to access all the team management functions like keeping track of who’s registered, inviting/removing team members, and changing your division.
Important Note: Make sure you log into ChronoTrack (CT) using your CT credentials, NOT Athlinks. If you find your Manage Team button is not functioning properly, first make sure you are logged out of Athlinks, then sign into CT using your CT credentials. If the issue persists, log in using an incognito (private) window as this will help separate the two profiles.
How do I invite people to join my team?
You have 2 options:
-
In your ChronoTrack Live Captain’s profile, near the bottom is an option to “invite” additional people to your team. Type in their email and click “Send”.
-
Have your runners “join” your team from the registration page (RTO, Capital Odyssey, Comstock Odyssey).
I have someone who is attempting to join my team but the system doesn’t let them join. How do I fix this?
If someone is unable to join your team, it is most likely due to your division’s requirements. For example, if your team is registered under “Open Mixed (6-11 women)” and you already have 6 men registered, any additional men who attempt to join will be rejected due to this division requiring at least 6 women. If you need to change your division to allow different people in, you can do so via your ChronoTrack Live Captain’s profile.
How do I remove (or add) someone from my team?
Team Captains can remove or invite someone to the team via the “Manage My Team” function here. The Captain needs their Team Code (on the registration receipt) and email address.
